TCS wants the department of electronics and IT(DeitY) to crack down such scamsters.It also wants government to block such domains from where these job letters are sent.Other companies facing such problems are WIPRO,COGNIZANT,HCL etc. Also TCS has started a newspaper campaign across the country on How we can distinguish between real and fake e-mails.Now TCS provides a particular QR code with offer letters that can be validated on its website.

TCS also faces H-1B visa violations .The department of labour has opened investigation against TCS in june,2015 for violating visa rule for foreign technology workers.
