Logopak Ellie not only oversaw the day to day financial operation of the business but also was the Marketing Manager, supply chain manager and senior website designer. Ellie was employed by Kinase Scientific, LLC as an independent contractor in a support role to my efforts, the company President, and to the efforts of Leroy “Chuck” Mosher, the General Partner. Kinase, being a small medical device development company, relied on Ellie’s self motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision to provide online research into areas of in-vitro diagnostics, market trends, biologic assay developments and potential unique biomarkers for new products. While employed at Kinase, Ellie established a formal purchasing system, negotiating purchasing agreements with our vendors resulting in the establishment of favorable price points and payment terms for several of our raw materials. This included working with both U.S. and International sources, including the challenges of communicating

specifications, securing samples for testing, and ensuring on-time deliveries of ultra-violet light emitting diodes (UV-LEDs) from Asian sources. In addition, Ellie took on the office administrator responsibilities, which required her to interface and communicate with financial investors, physicians, clinicians, and business & intellectual property lawyers. It was pleasure to work with Ellie and I know she will continue to succeed in her career.
