We want to reposition the Hotel, becoming, again, one of the best 5* hotels in Lisbon, prepared to serve several generations of guests with different motivations. While keeping the unique personality, character, tailor made service and prestige of Altis. We want to be the hotel to choose when doing a meeting, launching a product, for a business trip or when on a break in Lisbon.

Numbers are rising…
From 2010 a sales volume increase of 4 million and 2.2 million in results. This last year (2014) only we increased 15,50% on revenue and 44% on results (Gross Operational Profit) and in 2015 we are already 46% above last year in sales and 196% in results.

If there is a message in this story…
Renovating a hotel is not only its furniture, lobby, rooms or public areas, there is the need to engage the team, the guests, the suppliers and the sales partners. All have to feel the change. The brand has to be renovated as well and strong communication strategies have to be taken in order to reenergize the brand and target the current and future segments.
