Eaton load sensing priority

valves provide dependable flowon demand for load sensingsteering, braking, or other priori-ty functions. Excess flow isavailable for other machine func-tions. The valves can be appliedin systems with fixed or variabledisplacement pumps, and withopen center or closed centervalves in the excess flow portionof the circuit.

Eaton offers a choice of control

pressure differentials and signalsystems. Static signal systemsoffer no loss of signal flow,while dynamic signal systemsimprove response time andoperating characteristics at coldtemperatures. Applicationsinclude ag tractors, motorgraders, lift trucks, andbackhoe/loaders.

3. Proportional Flow Controls:

EPV

EPV proportional flow control

cartridges provide infinitelyvariable control of flow inproportion to the electricalinput to the solenoid. They arecompensated for variations inpressure differential, and havevery low internal leakage in theclosed position. Applicationsinclude agricultural planters,lift trucks, harvesters, andforestry equipment.

2. Hydraulic Remote Controls A hydraulic remote control(HRC) provides operatorselectable pilot pressure foruse in remotely controlling alarger valve or a pump. Itreduces operator effort andfatigue, as compared to amanual control. HRCs areavailable in various modules,and with numerous inputoptions such as hand lever, foot

pedal, joystick, ergonomic han-dle with switches, and others.

Applications include mini-excava-tors, skid steer loaders, wheelloaders, and rough terrain lifttrucks.

5. Open Center Priority Flow

Dividers

Operating within an open center

circuit, a priority flow dividerroutes a fixed amount of theavailable flow to a priority port,usually a steering circuit.

Applications include golf coursemaintenance equipment and lifttrucks.

4. Load Sensing DirectionalValve: CMX Sectional

The CMX sectional valve is astackable, load sensing, propor-tional directional control valve. Itcan be operated by eitherhydraulic remote control (HRC)or electric remote control (ERC)signals. Applications for theCMX section valve includeforestry equipment, wheel load-ers, rough terrain lift trucks, andboom man lifts.

7. Manual Directional

Control Valve: CM1130 GPM Sectional

A manual control valve allows an

operator to control direction ofhydraulic flow manually.Because of its stackable designand high maximum flow rate,this sectional valve can be usedin applications from lift trucks tosugar cane harvesters.

6. Single & Dual Self LevelValves

Eaton self leveling valves areline mounted flow dividing unitsthat provide automatic move-ment of a bucket function inresponse to movement of theboom cylinder to keep the buck-et attitude constant as the boomis re-positioned.

In a typical application, the sin-gle self level valve levels in theupward movement and the dualself level valve levels both theupward and downward move-ments. Self level valves arecommonly used in skid steerloaders and ag tractor loaders. Dual Self Level V

The monoblock isused in applications such as lifttrucks, sweepers, scrubbers,trenchers, lawn and garden

equipment, and golf coursemaintenance equipment.
