ETWINNING

Why etwinning?

This is an ideal platform to exchange ideas and resources with other teachers in Europe. There are discussions you can join in, online training platforms and projects you can join where your students can join in as well.

How do you use it?

1. First you need to register with eTwinning at www.etwinning.net

2. Once registered login and you will be taken to this page. Here you can join discussion groups and sign up for learning events:

3. From this page you can go to the Teachers’ Room and resources pages. In the teachers room you will see this:

4. From here you can type in a subject and come up with a number of links to teacher blogs where you can share resources, ask questions, find a project or just find out what other teachers are doing.

5. In the Resources area it is a similar procedure. Just type in your subject and a list of resources will come up with links. You can then download these to use.

6. Finally, you can join a project. In the etwinners section you can find out who is looking for partners and link up with them. You can also join our own school project site ‘Smart Employability Project’ by e-mailing me so that I can invite you once you have registered.
