Log In

In case of losing the

password, the user will

choose “Forget

Password”.

The user selects the

required language,

enter the username and

password, and click

“log in”.

The user logs into the

entity’s online account

through the link:

In case of unable to log

in, the user will choose

“Contact Us”.

My Licenses

The user can print the last copy

of his investment license by

“download”.

After logging in, the user will see

“Dashboard (My license)” where he

can see licensing information,

branches, shareholders, contact

person and the general manager.

Payments

Through “My Services Requests Overview”, the

user can view all the services provided by them,

including the service name, the request

number, the requested date and the status.

Through “My Services Requests Overview”, the

user can view all the services provided by them,

including the service name, the request

number, the requested date and the status.

My Incomplete Requests

My Tickets

User can see all the “Incomplete

requests” that he did not complete

and been saved in the system.

Through “My tickets” user can review all

inquiries and complaints submitted to MISA,

including ticket number, status, and more

details such as ticket subject, branch and

documents by clicking on “Details”.

By “call us” the user can

contact the customer

care team by Phone

through “call now”

option and schedule a

call with the customer

care team during official

working hours(8:00am –

6:00 pm) from Sunday

to Thursday by clicking

on the “Schedule a call”

option.

By “show me

around” the user

can view hoe to use

the e-portal.

The user can see

multiple option to

help him such as

show me around,

make an enquiry, call

us and email us.

By “Make an

enquiry”, the user can

send his inquiry or

complaints via

inquiries and

complaints to be

answered by the

customer care team.

By “Email us” the user can

send an email to the

customer care team via

([email protected])

by clicking on “Email us”.

The user will select the

review all the previous

Notification Center

Account

The user can view the company account, personal

account, login details, enquiries and complaints,

questionnaires by clicking on the icon “+”.

Through “notification center”, the user can view

all the alerts for the entity sent by MISA.

Fill in the required data,

then confirm “the terms &

conditions” and click

“next” to fill in the branch

data then choose “Save”

and “submit”.

By clicking on

“Government Documents”,

the user can apply for this

service only once to update

the entity information

without the need to attach

documents.

Through “company”, the user

can view the company details,

branches, government

documents, amendment the

Company Representative,

general manager and the

Primary contact.

The data can be updated

through the “General

Manager” by clicking on

the “Edit” to add the

data.

the personal data (first name, last

name, phone number…) and click

“update” to update automatically.

Through “My Profile”, the user can

modify the personal data by

clicking on “Edit”.

Login Details

Amending the email in the login details

will not be reflected in SAP system, the

change will appears only in the entity’s

online account, if the user want the

change to be reflected in SAP system he

have to apply for “update contact

data”.

Through “Login Details”, the

user can change the password,

username and email.

Enquiries & Complaints

Through “My Tickets”, the user can

view the entity’s previous requests

history.

Through “New Enquiry”, the user can

contact with the technical support

team by creating an enquiry or raising

a complaint and attaching documents

–if any- by clicking on “Create

Enquiry”.

Through the “Overview”, the user can briefly

access all the services provided by MISA and

other government agencies.

Services: Licenses Services

Through “Licensing Services” the user, can

voluntary cancellation of license, amendment

of license, conversion a foreign entity to a

100% national entity and renewal of license.

Renewal Licensing- Instant Renewal

The invoice will

appear in the

payments section,

click on “Pay” and

choose the

appropriate

payment methods.

After the system verifies

the validity of the Zakat

certificate, the system

automatically accept the

request and notifies the

user of the payment.

If the user hold a valid

Zakat certificate so he

eligible for instant renewal

by clicking on “instant

renew” and choose the

number of years and click

on “submit” without

attaching any documents.

After paying the

fees, the renewed

license will be send

electronically.

Renewal Licensing- Regular Renewal

Attached the document

and confirm the terms

and conditions, and

click on “Submit”.

In case that the Zakat

certificate is not valid or

there is a technical problem

that unable the system to

verify electronically.

If the user click on “renew” and documents

appears for renewal that contain forms, then

a valid Zakat and Income Tax certificate

must be attached for New entities that have

not completed two years and have not

issued government documents.

Accordingly, it is necessary to verify in the

SAP system that there are national address

data registered in the system and the

commercial registration number in the

“Identification Number” so that the user

can benefit from the regular renewal

service.

Renewal of Licenses for Liquidation

The service is immediate,

no document required.

The user have to apply from

the license services and the

system will recognize the

request as a renewal for the

purpose of liquidation

because the entity has

submitted the cancellation

letter or because the entity is

revoked.

This procedure applies for

cancelled entities that have

been revoked or have

submitted a voluntary

cancellation request and wish

to renew the license for the

purpose of completing the

entity’s liquidation

requirements.( Regular

Renewal applied h in this

service)

The fee is required to

renew the license.

Amendment of License: Instant Amendment of License

Amendment of license contains: increase or

decrease the capital, the number of

employment, branch and the products.

Through “license amendment”, the user can

submit a request to amend the license for entity

that have a valid investment license and do not

have any violations in the system. The system

accept applying for the service 90 days before

the investment license expires. Fill in the

information and click on “Proceed” until the last

step “create”.

Amendment of License: Entity

Click on “proceed” to go to

the next step.

The legal entity will be

modified automatically in case

the user make change into the

system related to the

condition of one of the legal

entities.

Through “entity” the user, can

amendment the capital, number

of employment and the entity

name.

Amendment of License: ISIC Activity

After adding activities, click on

“proceed” to go to the next

step.

The activity is selected from

Section, Division, Group,

Class, Branch and Activity.

Through “ISIC Activity” the user

can amending the entity’s activity

according to The National

Classification for the Economic

Activities (ISIC4), by clicking on

“Add/Edit activities”.

Amendment of License: Shareholders

“The shareholder’s

name/entity” must not

exceed 40 characters, and

it should not contains

special symbols and marks,

to submit the application

successfully.

In case of amending the

nationality of one of the

shareholders or amending

the name of the

shareholder or the entity

name, the amendment

will be by deleting the

shareholder and adding

him with the new data.

Through “shareholders” the

user can amending the

shareholder data, add new

shareholder and add existing

shareholder by clicking on

“New shareholder”.

Partner’s shares must not

exceed 100% taking in

account the legal entity

of the company.

After adding, the shareholders

click on “Proceed” to go to the

next step.

The user can add “Existing

Shareholder” through “+New

Shareholder” by adding the investor

number/entity number who has an

investment license so the data will

appear automatically in the system,

and the user will only enter the

partner’s share percentage and click

on “Save”.

The user can add “New Shareholder”

through “+New Shareholder” by

modifying the data of a new partner

who is not licensed in KSA, or a

person (Saudi Nationality) or the

holder of the special residence. The

user fills in all the fields and then click

on “save”.

Amendment of License: Branches: Add Branch

Note: the system allows

adding only five branches

in one request as the

service is immediate and

does not require attaching

documents except if the

entity has an industrial loan

so the request will turn into

a normal amending path

and the required service

document must be

attached.

The user must delete the

branch and add it again

when he want to modify its

data.

Through the “Branch” the

user can add or delete

branches by clicking on

“+New Branch”, where the

user can amend the main

branch only by clicking on

the edit icon “the pen”.

After adding, the

shareholders click on

“Proceed” to go to the

next step.

Amendment of License: Products (Industrial Licenses)

Note; If the entity’s

activate is not industrial

and the user tried to

apply for the service of

adding a product, an

error pop-up message

will appear.

The user can amend the

current product data by

clicking on the edit icon

“the pen” or delete it.

Through the “Products” the

user can add the products

that the entity wishes to

produce in the factory by

clicking on “+New Products”

and filling in the data related

to the required products and

click on “Save” and then

“Submit”.

To complete this step,

click (create) after

adding the products.

MISA License Cancellation: Voluntary Cancellation of License

Expected Time for

Service Implementation:

Two working days.

The user must verify the

correctness of the basic

information entered for

the commercial

registration number

and the Zakat number,

confirm the terms and

conditions the click on

“Submit”.

Through “Voluntary

Cancellation of License”,

the user can apply to cancel

the investment license

without the need to attach

documents by “Request

Cancellation Letter”.

The request will be

studied, if it is approved

the letter will be sent to

the investor by an email.

of Iqama Application, Exit re-entry

visa application, Final exit visa

application and transfer of Iqama

application) according to the

special cases such as: (for whom a

cancellation decision was issued

punitive/ voluntary / non-renewal/

conversion to national).

Note: the system will

allow the revoked entity

to apply for selling a

property only.

Through “Buy and Sell Real

Estate” the user can apply

for the service of owning or

selling the property

registered in the name of

the facility such as: (

investment in real state,

warehouse , private

housing, headquarter of the

industrial entity,

administrative headquarter

or residence for the

employees).

Click on “create” to

apply for the service.

Property Services: Property Management

“Get Deed List” fill in the required information

to get a deed list, uploaded the supporting

documents, confirm the terms & conditions

then click on, “submit”.

Through “management of real state” the user

will chose request type (buy, sell) then chose

the real state type (investment in real state,

warehouse, private housing, headquarter of the

industrial entity, administrative headquarter or

residence for the employees) identity type and

number.

review the letter by clicking on “Print”.

Pop up message for suspending online services appear to the

user after logging in with defaulted payments, with option to

send the invoice via email or pay with credit card.

We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on

our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site

anonymously. We collect your cookies information and your IP Address. In addition to storing any information

you will in any “Contact Us” form on our website, with information like your First Name, Last Name, Company

Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address. On our e-Services portal within our MISA.gov.sa website, we also

store other information submitted by you in order to process Licensing Services like: entity details & authenticated

contact person details (Mobile Number, Email Address, and Full Name).

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
