In March 2020, The Government of Colorado State, USA,ordered 1 million KN95 Respirators and 1 million Level 1surgical masks, which we delivered within 2 weeks from theinitial order.

Late March, one of the most prestigious, trusted and mostrecognisable brand names around the globe, VISA ordered 5 million Level 1 surgical masks, which we delivered within 19 days.

Through a Italian distributor, we supplied the ItalianGovernment with 5 million Level 1 surgical masks, which wasdelivered in March 2020 and took just 3 weeks from order todelivery.

Bacterial Filtration Efficiency or BFE is a measurement of a material's resistance to penetration ofbacteria. Results are reported as percent efficiency and correlate with the ability of the fabric to resistbacterial penetration.

The Differential pressure is measured and divided by the surface area (cm2) of the mask segmenttested. The higher the Delta P value, the harder it is for the wearer to breathe. The Dela P is measured in units of mm H2O/cm2.

The Sub-Micron Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) test evaluates the nonviable particle retention orfiltration efficiency of filter media and other filtration devices at sub-micron levels. This test is performedon face masks and all filter material that allows 1 cubic foot per minute (CFM) flow to pass through it.

Splash Resistance test is one of two synthetic blood resistance tests to determine a products ability toact as a barrier to blood-borne pathogens. The Splash Resistance test method challenges medical facemasks with a fixed volume of synthetic blood directed at high velocity at the center of the mask.

Flame Spread measures the mask material. This is the ranking derived by laboratory standard testmethodology of a material’s propensity to burn rapidly and spread flames. The American Society ofTesting and Materials (ASTM) is referenced by the FDA as the required standard in the US.

The Microbial Cleanliness test determines the total number of viable microorganisms on the face maskusing an extraction method. The total viable aerobic microbial count and fungal enumeration isdetermined. Based on the weight of the mask, the results are reported as the total bioburden per gramtested for each Type I, II or IIR masks.

KN95 Respirator Face MaskThe KN95 is a highly advanced medical protective device in a 5-layer non-wovenmaterial construction, which comes in a 3D beak shape that ergonomically resemblesthe human face. The filter performance efficiency of the mask is greater than 95 % of air oil free particles.The masks are designed to be worn on public transport, in the office, at work or anyclosed environment where there is a risk of air borne infection. The masks should only ever be worn by one individual and never worn or shared byothers. All masks are CE & FDA certified. Universal in size and with an adjustable aluminium nose clip, but these KN95's are notsuitable for hypoxic environments, underwater operations or fire fighting.
