Active IBO: An IBO who has a minimum of 40 PV each month. AMOR: Auto Monthly Order Reward. AutoShip: A pre-set, recurring monthly product order filled and shipped to an IBO or a Preferred Customer. Downline: The portion of an IBO’s Sponsor Tree and Placement Tree that comes after or below an IBO. These are IBOs that the IBO has sponsored, and that they have sponsored, and so on. Dynamic Compression: A method used to calculate commissions and bonuses by first removing both inactive and non-qualifying IBOs from the genealogy tree, thereby maximizing payout to IBOs who do qualify for the various commissions and bonuses under the Qx Plan. Generation: The distance in an IBO’s sponsor tree downline between the IBO who has reached the rank of Silver (Q20K) and the next IBO that has reached the rank of Silver (Q20K). Holding Tank: IBO placement can be moved by sponsor during the first 30 days after enrollment. IBO: A Q Sciences Independent Business Owner. Leg: The downline of one’s personally sponsored Level 1 IBOs in Sponsor Tree or Placement Tree. Active IBO: An IBO who has a minimum of 40 PV each month.

† A generation is the distance in your genealogy tree downline between you and the next IBO who has reached the rank of Silver or higher.

Elite Bonus (paid monthly)• One time bonus of $650 wholesale in product or $200 cash if IBO achieves rank of Elite within first 30 days. If achieved after 30 days, IBO receives a one time bonus of $100 cash.

Bronze Bonus (paid monthly)• One time bonus of $1000 wholesale in product samples when IBO achieves rank of Bronze.

Global Leadership Pools (paid monthly) • 2.5% of total company volume goes into 5 bonus pools.*• Qualifying IBOs will earn a 1/2 share in the bonus pool plus a 1/2 share in any of the bonus pools associated with lower ranks.• If the highest rank is earned for two or more consecutive months, a full share is earned plus a 1/2 share of the bonus pools associated with lower ranks.
