    WALK YOUR WAY TO BETTERHEALTH

No more excuses...rain or shine, youcan walk a mile inside the church.

Just follow the static cling footprintson the walls! Each footprint containsa bible verse & number. Start at themain entrance. Follow the numberedfootprints down hall toward nursery,

up stairs & walk 2nd floor ofeducation building, walk around to

steps going to 3rd floor, walk aroundinside of large youth room, comeback down stairs to breezeway,

enter sanctuary, follow footprintsacross back wall, go up steps onEldon St. side, follow numbers asyou have to crisscross the balcony

several times, then come downstairs on fellowship hall side, make 2

    passes through FH, come back

across the lower level breezeway, &back up steps to main level, & walkback to main entrance. Now followthat path 3 times in total & you will

    have completed a mile.

If you prefer to walk outside, 4times around the block of the church

    equals a mile, also.
