• Initial training on how to use tablets

• Tablets with technical failures will be replaced

Blended learning as a solution

• Combination of offsite and face-to-face learning

• Own pace while addressing the need for interaction, monitoring, and socialization with initial two days, mid-point, and final two days of face-to-face sessions

Phone based system to remove reliance on internet connection
