LiveWire offers party and tent rentals, flooring and stage installation. Our extensive inventory now includes luxury lounge furnishings. We are also honored to be one of just a handful of companies trained in the proper installation of custom acrylic

pool covers.

Our clients include DFW’s top caterers, planners, hotels and more. About Renting

Pricing

All rental prices quoted are for a one day rate, and are available for pick-up or delivery the day before your event and are due back the business day following your event. For multiple day events,

extended rental pricing will apply.

Delivery / Pick-up Service

We offer delivery service at a reasonable rate and are happy to travel any distance for your event. Please call for delivery pricing to your area.

Our normal delivery/pickup service is available Monday-Friday

9:00am—5:00pm and Saturday by appointment only. Delivery/pick-up during all other times or during national holidays can be arranged for an

additional fee.

All deliveries must be made to a dock, door, or garage immediately accessible to our trucks. On pick-up, equipment must be restacked and

ready in the same location as the drop off.

Additional labor may be charged if driver is required to transport equipment to a location inaccessible by truck.

Customer Pick-up / Return

Customer pick-up is available during regular business hours, Monday—Friday 9:00am—5:00pm and Saturday by appointment only.

Advanced orders are recommend to ensure availability and to limit wait time preparing the order. All items must be returned clean

and in their original packing, i.e. crates, boxes, dollies, etc.

Damage / Shortages

Any damages or shortages on delivery must be brought to the attention of the driver at the time of delivery. Damaged or missing equipment including packaging crates, boxes, dollies, etc. will be noted on

pick-up and customer will be billed according to replacement cost of each item on a separate invoice.
