David is doing a great job organizing camp and making sure that this year will be an amazing time for our youth and all the leaders in our program. When I asked him what he needed from the church, his only response was “Prayer!” Let’s pray that the kids have a fun time but more than that, let’s pray that they experience the saving love of Jesus Christ. That is my hope for them and I know it is yours as well. Now I want to share with you what I am most excited about this week. On Sunday, we begin filming with all of our new television equipment. We will be filming this Sunday for our first broadcast on NBC, which will be airing next week, June 3 at 9:00 a.m. I have seen a few glimpses of what is happening with our television production and I am thrilled with our upgrades. I can’t wait to get your feedback on our new television broadcast. It is an amazing time to be a part of FBC Augusta. I will see you on Sunday, Will

Our college ministry is making a trip to Passion 2019 in Atlanta, Ga for Jan. 2-4 at Phillips Arena. This is an inspirational Christianconference specificallydesigned for18-25 year olds and their leaders. Current and rising high school seniors may also attend in addition to our college and post graduate students. The church will provide transportation and has reserved hotel rooms at The Hilton Atlanta Downtown and the Hotel Indigo, both in walking distance of Phillips Arena. The cost of this trip for students is $155. This secures your hotel room but not your entrance into the conference. See below. Purchasing tickets to the conference can be done here at - https://268generation.com/passion2019/. You will want to select the Phillips Arena venue. Prices will increase as the date nears and the venue will sell out so it is wise to do this asap. Toreserveyourhotelroom, dropyourcheckoffwithElizabethChaoatthechurchoffice.
