e-Government Procurement – Instructions for making online payment
(Online payment through NEFT by adding beneficiary)
Login to www.etenders.kerala.gov.in using your login-id, password and Digital Signature Certificate

Search the tender for which you want to submit your bid and set the same as favourite.

Select the online mode of payment
Click to View
your tender
Set the tender
as your
favourite
After adding to
favourite go to
my tenders
Select online
payment mode
Select I Agree
Click Submit
If you have exemption click on yes and proceed
otherwise click no and proceed
For online payment click encrypt and upload button
Click to Upload tender Documents
Click to verify
Browse the file that you want to upload
Click ok to confirm
Click next to go for SBT

Select SBT online Click on

Select this button to transfer amount from other
banks through NEFT and click submit
Type your mobile number and date of birth and
click confirm
Click the confirm button to confirm the details shown

With the remittance form, the bidder can either:
1. Login to the internet banking website of the bank in which he has an account and transfer the
payment by adding the beneficiary account mentioned in the remittance form
OR
2. Visit the nearest bank branch in which he has account and transfer the amount to the Government
designated account
Once the payment towards tender document fees and EMD is successfully made using one of the options
mentioned above, the bidder should update the same in e-Procurement system as depicted in the following
screens:
