You mig ht w ant to m ake 2-3 of t hese loops in case one s l ips off t he bee and you c an't get it opened up f ast. A ft er yo u t ake the bee out of the r ef ri gerato r, you have about 5 min utes to get it tied befo re th e bee wa r ms up enough to f l yaway . If it does get act i ve, put it back in t he re fri ger ato r for ano th er 10 mi n- utes . Pl ace you r finge r on the t op of the bee. S I i p the loop a r ound the abdomen of the bee and pu ll it secu re ly. Be car eful to keep t he wings o ut of yo ur loop a nd keep the bee top - s i de up.
