Accommodating eight adults – the house can be reserved on

an exclusive basis or reservations are available per suite.

The art collection includes pieces from Europe, China, India,

Middle East and South Africa. Rooms are generously

There are two grand pianos (Bosendorfer and Steinway) for

musical interludes.

All rooms have Bose speakers connected to a variety of

LION’S HEAD SUITE

A vibrant, warm and intimate space, with a modern and

antique ensemble overlooking Lion’s Head Nature Reserve,

part of the Table Mountain range.

Lion’s Head is one of the most popular hiking trails in Cape

Town. The peak is 800m above sea level, offering spectacular

360 degree view of Robben Island, the City Bowl, the

Hottentot Holland Mountains (foot hills of the winelands) as

well as the coast lines of Sea Point, Clifton and Camps

Bay, extending along the Twelve Apostles Mountains.

At 21 Nettleton we not only have a room named after Lion’s

Head, but we also a secret gate with private access straight

into the famous UNESCO World Heritage Nature Reserve,

which includes Lion's Head and Table Mountain.

Boasting beautiful views, this 40sq.m suite is located above the

main garden. The en-suite bathroom has a shower above the

bath, and has mountain views. This suite has no terrace.

KING SUITE

An elegant spacious suite (50 sq.m) with terrace overlooking

the ocean and boasting a generous view of the 12 Apostles

Mountain Range.

Beautiful bath area, including bath tub and walk-in shower.

Sophisticated and private, King Suite is located in a private

section of the house - with a lounge and bar area for the King

& Queen Suites. Super size king bed (or two singles).

The suite is individually appointed with beautiful art and

QUEEN SUITE

Our expansive gardens with their gigantic granite boulders,

The back opens on to the Table Mountain nature reserve, a

up Lion’s Head, Signal Hill and Table Mountain.

Guests are welcomed to a residence located high above the

beaches of Clifton & Camps Bay. The sound of the waves,

expansive views and taste of the pristine landscape are our

prompts for your unforgettable journey.

Enjoy lazy lunches and dinners from one of the m89uh

any terraces, patios, decks and or dining areas. Sundowners

and canapes are served daily.

Spa treatments are catered to suit specific needs. Enjoy an

early morning yoga session or a guided hike leading from the

gate of the back garden.

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

A minimum of three nights stay is required during peak

and high season..

SUITE FEATURES

The Presidential Penthouse has 360 degree Mountain &

Ocean views with several balconies, private mini bar

and tea/coffee station.

The King and Queen Suites have Ocean and Mountain

views with a terrace and shared lounge with mini-bar

& coffee/tea station.

The Lion’s Head Suite has Mountain views and no

terrace or balcony. The main bar and coffee/tea

station is open to guests staying in the Lion’s Head

Suite.

All suites feature luxury bath & shower amenities, linen,

robes, slippers, hairdryer, Smart TV & laptop safes.

LOCATION

Cape Town International is located approximately 30

minutes from 21 Nettleton and the city's Atlantic

Seaboard area. Taxis & UBER are readily available at

both ends of the journey. Please ask us about our

complimentary airport transfer when reserving with us.

For guests who prefer to self - drive; we can make

vehicle reservations on your behalf.

WINE AND CUISINE

Breakfast is fully inclusive and served daily from 07h30 -

10h30.

Lunch and dinner is available daily – please let us know

if you wish to join. We endeavor to use fresh, local

ingredients when preparing meals - should you have

any dietary requirements or specific preferences

please inform us and we will gladly make

arrangements.

In partnership with Buitenverwachting Wines in

Constantia we boast a fine wine list. We also offer a

private wine tasting of South African wine with an

experienced sommelier - please inform us if you would

like to indulge in this experience.

Reverse osmosis filtered drinking water is provided in all

rooms and at all meals.

CHILD POLICY

Children 13 years and older are welcome at 21

Nettleton. This does not apply to exclusive use

reservations that include all suites. We are the perfect

venue for celebrations and quality time with friends and

family.

CLIMATE

The annual average temperature in Cape Town is a

delightful 17 degrees going up to 30 degrees in summer.

Cape Town lies on the 34th latitude South, together with

Casablanca, Los Angeles and Sydney.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days

of the invoice date in order to confirm the reservation.

The balance payment is due 45 days prior to the date

of arrival.

*We reserve the right to cancel reservations without

notice if the full balance is not received within 30 days

of the arrival date.

Cancellation policy: Less than 6 weeks’ notice – 100% of

full reservation amount/6-12 weeks’ notice – 50% of full

reservation amount/over 12

weeks ‘notice – deposit forfeited

*Reservation information such as dietary requirements,

allergies or medical conditions and mode & estimated

time of arrival should be communicated in advance –

this helps us prepare for your arrival and stay.
