7. Basis for Award An award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the RFQ

and is most advantageous to DYNAMIC, considering best value and/or other factors included in

the RFQ. No discussions or negotiations will be conducted with bidders, and therefore bidders

shall submit their best and final price.

8. General Instructions to Bidders

Final quotations are due by 4:00 pm local time Kabul on (Jan 11, 2021). Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DYNAMIC’s discretion.

Quotation validity date is 90 days from the date of submission Bidders shall submit quotations via email to dynamicorganization@hotmail.com with the RFQ number in the subject line. Bidders shall confirm in writing that the Bidder fully understands the terms and conditions of the RFQ.

Bidders shall complete Attachment A: Price Schedule and submit any other required attachments.

Bidders shall sign, date, and stamp the Price Schedule, in lieu of a formal cover letter

All prices shall be quoted in US$ United State Dollar.

The rates quoted shall be for complete service or goods, inclusive of all taxes and all charges for service contingent to the work.

Dynamic has the right to decrease or increase the goods and services mentioned in this RFQ

Bidder must have at least similar past performance or relevant experience providing the same service or experience in trading export and Import of goods.

Bidder should fill out Attachment A and B.

In addition, the bidder is responsible to provide the operation manual including the physical training of machinery operating and installation in Kabul- Afghanistan

9. Questions Regarding the RFQ

Questions are due no later than 4:00 PM local time Kabul on Jan 10, 2020. Each Bidder is responsible for reading very carefully and understanding fully the terms and conditions and the specification of this RFQ. All communications regarding this solicitation are to be made solely through the Issuing Office and must be submitted via email to the Issuing Office no later than the date specified above.

10. Technical Specifications and requirements for Technical Acceptability

Bidders must have similar past performance/relevant in-country experience providing the same service or experience in trading export and import of goods.

Bidders must have documented ability to meet the required Service.

The bidder is responsible to provide original, new, high technology, full automatic, high quality material and branded Plums drying and Jam processing machineries according to the name and specification mentioned in the attachment A.

Bidder is responsible to deliver the requested machines to the following address:

Its bidder responsibility to install, run and train the DYNAMIC workers on the requested machine after the complete delivery to the DYNAMIC location.

Peeling, nucleating, crushing and beating machine (plums),
