DYNAMIC ACTIONS Dynamic Actions are those actions which are performed automatically by the system depending upon certain conditions. According to this concept, if we maintain one infotype, it will effect another infotype i.e. the (SAP) system will automatically display another infotype for processing purpose. EXAMPLE : 1 Suppose, "Personal Data" infotype (0002) is newly created and the number of children field is filled. Once the record is saved, the system will automatically display the "Family Details" infotype (0021) & the child subtype 2 for processing, in order to enter the details about the spouse and children. PATH: SPRO > IMG > Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing Procedure > Dynamic Actions Table Number: T588Z - Click on the "Clock Symbol" on the left of "Dynamic Actions". - Click on "New Entries" button.

DYNAMIC ACTIONS

- Click on the "Clock Symbol" on the left of "Dynamic Actions".

- Click on "New Entries" button.

- Then, we need to go to /nPA30 and

- Change the "Marital Status" as shown in the screen shot below:

- Immediately after changing the "Marital Status" the system will automatically trigger a request to maintain the spouse details.

EXAMPLE: 2If we change the sub area in the infotype 0001, the iPod (82) infotype (0040 - objects on loan) details are automatically triggered.
