Dylyver Cargo is an on-demand peer to peer package delivery platform. Our service captures the opportunity between those who want to send a parcel and a traveler going in the same direction. Senders download the Cargo app and easily send their packages at an affordable cost with full control of the delivery. Travelers/couriers deliver those packages and get paid for their efforts which can help recoup their overall travel costs. A unique value proposition of our services is the opportunity for users to earn passive income from referrals. Users can invite people in their networks to Dylyver and earn continuous referral payments each time their referrals drive passengers, deliver packages, take a ride or send packages using our services.

To exponentially grow our user-base we have developed a three-level referral program whereby users earn continuous referral payments from all the drivers and couriers they invite. Existing users can invite acquaintances, family, and friends (direct referrals) into the program and start receiving bonus payments each time their referrals transport people or deliver packages for others. They will also receive payments from people who their referrals invite (1st level) and from people their 1st level referrals invite (2nd level).

The leadership program is an eight-level incentive program. Participants start earning income from each ride or package delivery of all the users (not only drivers and couriers) they have in their personal network in addition to the referral bonuses they earn from drivers and couriers in the referral bonus program. As users ascend the levels they will accumulate more and more bonuses from their referral network.
Users can conveniently access, monitor and manage their referral income in the Dylyver wallet available in our application or in a personal account on dylyver.com. Major costs will be the acquisition of new customers, securing and onboarding drivers and couriers, updating mobile app platforms, investing in research and development activities, maintaining IT infrastructure, creating and executing global marketing campaigns, brand development, and establishing long-term partnerships.
As an IT company, Dylyver will not own or manage the cars, delivery trucks, warehouses or distribution centers and will not employ couriers or taxi drivers. This substantially reduces business risks and frees the company from the typical hard costs of a ridesharing or package delivery business.
Dycoin Ownership and Usage
When purchased, Dycoin tokens will be made available in a user’s personal account and can be transferred to a crypto wallet any time after the end of the ICO. The same applies to tokens received through bounty and referral programs.Ownership of at least one Dycoin token will allow users to

pay for ridesharing or package delivery services. Once connected to the Ethereum blockchain users can pay for ridesharing or package delivery services either directly in Dycoin tokens they hold or in fiat currencies with a credit card or cash.
Following the successful ICO, Dylyver will enter into listing agreements with cryptocurrency trading exchanges to allow for ease of liquidity and settlement of Dycoin tokens into other altcoins and fiat currencies. From there, Dylyver users, drivers or couriers will either be able to sell their tokens on exchanges or exchange them for other cryptocurrencies.
Future plans include users having the ability to pay for goods and services beyond ridesharing and package delivery operations using Dycoin tokens.
Creation, issuance, and distribution of Dylyver debit cards in Q1 2019 will make it possible for users to automatically convert Dycoins into fiat money and pay for goods and services in local currencies. The conversion rate of Dycoin to Bitcoin, altcoins and fiat currencies will depend on the rates set by the currency exchanges. Dycoin discounted buyback price will be set by Dylyver and projected on the company’s website after Dycoin is listed on the currency exchange.
The Dylyver team projects eight million users and 100,000 drivers and couriers globally by the end of 2019. Continuous demand for Dycoin outside of the Dylyver platform, in addition to the use of Dycoin tokens by the users within the Dylyver system, is expected to create a demand and enhanced value for Dycoins. The limit of Dycoins that will be issued is set at 50 billion. High usage rates of our services will drive circulation of tokens within our ecosystem. The demand will grow, but supply will stay the same. It is also expected that the ability to exchange tokens to other cryptocurrencies and the ability to pay for goods and services using Dycoins outside of the Dylyver ecosystem will further create demand for the token.

Dylyver Wallet will be built into Dylyver applications and portals, allowing users to store their Dycoin funds securely and use their token balances to request a ride or send a package. Wallet owners will be the sole holders of the corresponding encryption keys.

What’s the point of holding a cryptocurrency if you cannot use it to make online purchases, make payments or get access to your funds whenever you want? At the beginning of 2019 Dylyver is planning to issue and offer its branded debit card. With Dylyver Debit Card you will be able to buy things at your local grocery store, pay at the gas station, buy airplane tickets online or even withdraw cash from a local ATM. Beyond that, you will be able to use your Dycoin Debit Card to make payments through Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay.
