ABOUT BUSINESS

This is a start-up coffee and bakery retail establishment which is located in Punjab

University,Chandigarh.The bakery will be equally owned and managed by the two partners i.e. me and my friend.We expect to catch the interest of regular loyalcustomer base from the students of the university with its broad variety of coffee and bakery

products.

The bakery intends to hire two full-time pastry bakers

and six part time barista to handle the customer service

and day to day operations.We will offer a wide variety of coffee and

espressoProducts, all from high quality imported

coffee beans.

MISSION

Our mission is to catch a loyal and interested

customer base. We aim to offer our products at a

competitive price to meet the demands of the students on-campus and also outside customers.

Also, we intend to provide highest quality product with personal customer service.

By starting this coffee and bakery retail establishment we plan to build a strong position amongst our customers.

To establish a healthy, consistent revenue base to ensure stability of the business.

To provide the students and other customers a relaxing atmosphere while having their eatables.

Also to serve customers by providing products and services at affordable rates.

REVENUE STREAMS- Revenue will be generated from direct sales of

products to customers during the starting period.

As it is a new startup coffee and bakery retailestablishment located at centre of Punjab

Universitywhere there are high chances of sustaining thisBusiness in the market. Me and the other

partner seeour business expanded in next five years. We wish to expand the product variety and

alsointroduce other services for the students like

board games, reading section, live music.

Also in the next five years we can take up work like organizing occasional parties for the students on campus.

Take up party orders for outside customers.

Open new outlets in tricity where there is a huge customer base.

Employee more qualified bakers and baristas to give best service to the customers.

As I have pitched the idea of starting this business so, I will be the owner but equally managed by the partner also. I will be taking care of the sales and marketing as I have expertise in the two fields.

The partner in the business will be concerned with the finances including all costs, salaries, etc.

Also we both will together take care of the raw materials and also other particulars required for the coffee shop.

We will appoint two full time qualified pastry bakers who have at least three years expertise in making pastries and other bakery items.

Also for making coffee and other such items and also for serving the customers there , we have 6 part time baristas who have expertise in making variety of coffee and other drinks for the customers.
