Introduction Using a combination of PHP, MySQL and JavaScript you are to create a web- based interface that allows individuals to create a simple assessment calendar. This will allow users to keep track of which assessments they have coming up, when they are due, and when they were completed. Your install page should create multiple users each with assessment entries, and it should provide the ability for individuals to login, register, add pending assessments along with when they are due and when they were completed. When the application is accessed, the web application should display all the assessments registered in the system for the user. Assessments should be displayed along with a description and a checkbox that can be toggled. When toggled, it will set the date the assessment was completed. The application should allow for users to query assessments by date and by status – such as ‘list all assessments due after the 10/10/2013 that are not currently done’.
