press seams open

fold edge half inch twice for a roll hem and sew

around three edges leaving bottom open

cut 1.5 inch stips of thin elastic, tuck

ends between fold and pin into place

sew edge of fold

pin sheet and printed fabric panels together on three sides, right sides facing in

with fabric pencil mark 2 and 8 inches down

pin 20 inch strips of cotton ribbon

stitch down from 8 inch mark, to bottom corner, turn and stop

angle trim excess fabric from
