TRAINING FACILITIES preceding the tournament
Before March 16th, training facilities can be booked on the same location (also possibilities year-round). When interested please mark this possibility on the entry form; we will revert to you. Each edition, the LOC also has a restricted possibility to offer invitational training facilities to federations or clubs.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The event will be organized under following FIG rules, as valid in the year of the event, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives:

FEDERATIONS AND CLUBS INVITED
We invite all FIG member federations and clubs in good standing.
AGE LIMITS
All gymnasts must have a valid FIG licence until the end of the event

JUDGES AND JURIES
All judges, entered by federations or clubs, must (preferably) have a current valid FIG license at the time of the event; They will be first assigned to cat. Seniors. All judges in cat. AGC/Juniors must have preferably a current valid FIG license but at least a current valid national Federations-license (highest level). Each registration for 3 or more competitors has to sign in 1 Judge FIG Level; each registration for 10 or more competitors has to sign in 2. If not, a penalty-deposit of € 20,-- will be calculated for each competitor, or € 10,-- if a judge with the highest national level has been signed in instead. The same penalty will be payable in case of withdrawal or last minute absence of Judges. With these penalties the LOC will be able to replace judges; in case replacement-costs are less than the deposit penalties, the unused amount will be reimbursed to your account after the competition.

The entry fee for this event will be

ACCREDITION
Entries arriving later (date postmark / date e-mail / date internet-registration) will be double charged and dependent on the number of entries, we maintain our right to refuse them. It is not allowed to compete in any class other than the one that the participator has enrolled in. All clubs registered must be members of a FIG federation.

MEDICAL SERVICES
Friday, saturday and sunday medical services (and sports massage services) are present. During competition, a sports doctor as well as a physiotherapist will be present.
VISA
Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Dutch Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to The Netherlands. The LOC will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made before 31-12-2017 to the LOC. The request must include all necessary information, such as the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member.
INSURANCE
The LOC will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. All participating clubs and federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficiant insurance cover must inform the LOC in advance. Participation is at own risk. The foundation Dutch Trampoline Open is not responsible for accidents, loss and/or robbery and/or missing persons and/or goods
INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION
The invited participating federation (club) is responsible for their own transportation and costs.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Identical to international transportation unless the offer of the LOC in the
registration form is accepted (and booked and paied in advance).
When self-supporting, the LOC can help and advice.
ACCOMMODATION
Each federation/club will organize their accommodations themselves unless the
offer of the LOC in the registration form is accepted (and booked and paied
in advance)

MEALS

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of participants is only possible until February 1st, 2018 by written e-mail. Only after confirmation and approval by the LOC the costs for the participants will be reimbursed to your account. Cancellation afther the 1st of February 2018 will not be taken into account and can/will not be reimbursed
FINAL BANQUET / EVENT
If so; program and offer will be added to the entry forms. There will be side events during the days of competition.
BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Each participating club or federation is kindly requested to integrate the payment’s purpose as follows: Total amounts to be paid per bank transfer. Please include the full name under which the delegation has registered Account number: IBAN: RABOREKENINGNUMMER The Rabobank in Alkmaar. Swift code: SWIFTCODE Bank charges are for the account of the applicant! In case of cancellation after the 1st of February it will be obligatory to pay
all costs.
The participating federation is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers. Note: only payments by bank transfer will be accepted before the indicating closing date. Cash payment during the event cannot be accepted.
