Quality Assurance

All our products are produced in accordance with the quality assurance

system BS EN ISO 9001. This ensures we follow strict standards of

control throughout design, development and subsequent production

and inspection processes, as well as the provision of Certificates of

Conformity for all raw materials.

Within our manufacturing sites we have state of the art technology

and automation that allows price competitive, high quality products

to be produced.

In all our electrofusion fittings precision wire laying technology is used

to ensure that the position of the wire is accurately controlled and

positioned close to the surface of the fitting. This technology ensures

that heat distribution is uniform over the length of the fusion zones

allowing optimum heat transfer, which increases the strength of the joint.Certificate No. FM 34819

Electrofusion Fittings

In order to meet the needs of our customers our DuraFuse electrofusion fittings are

offered in PE100 black, PE100 blue and PE80 yellow. This allows you to choose products

that meet your own system specifications and standards.

We offer a full range of fittings available with 4.7mm terminal pins in sizes 20mm up to

400mm. Most fittings are supplied for 39.5V operation and are available in SDR11 and

are therefore suitable for applications up to 16 bar for water and 10 bar for gas.

We currently have larger fittings in development; please contact us for further

information.

Ball Valves

Quarter-turn ball valves provide a complete pipeline total shut-off solution. Offered with

either a full port or reduced port the range is available in 20mm to 225mm. The valve

contains a spigot end allowing either electrofusion or butt-fusion welding and is suitable

for pressure ratings up to 16 bar for water and 10 bar for gas.

Long Spigot Fittings

We are pleased to be able to offer a comprehensive choice of spigot fittings suitable for

butt-fusion. To allow optimum flexibility these products are offered in PE100 black and

blue and PE80 yellow and where possible in either SDR11 or SDR17/17.6.

The DuraFuse long spigot range is offered in 20mm up to 400mm, with the option of

pupped fittings or fabricated fittings being available for larger sizes.

Push-Fast

This unique spigot and socket system features individual elastromeric sealing and internal

grip rings and resists the end thrust generated by internal pressure so no anchors or thrust

blocks are usually required.

Available in PE100 black and blue, this product should only be used for water applications

and for systems rated up to 16 bar.


Electrofusion Control Units

In order for our customers to ensure high quality fusion takes place on site

we offer a range of high quality electrofusion units. The compact

Connexion units operate at 39.5V and have three different configurations,

allowing you to select a unit that meets your needs:

Connexion Red - Fully automatic with bar code reader and 1,000 weld

memory capacity.

Connexion Green - Manual operation with 1,000 weld memory capacity.

Connexion Blue - Manual operation.

In addition to these units we can also supply the Nomad, a battery

powered control box for couplers up to 125mm and tapping tees and the

Evolution, which allows operation at both 40V and 80V.

Tooling

To achieve successful and reliable welds on site we recognise the

importance of having high quality tooling. We are able to offer a wide

range of tooling including clamps, scrapers, squeeze-off tools, re-rounders,

pipe cutting tools and associated tooling in various shapes and sizes so

that you can select a product to suit your needs.
