duo-män: High-Precision Injection Unit for Mini and Micro Volumes
Turn one component into two
Clever plug-and-play system transforms your injection molding machine into a multicomponent injection molding machine. You don’t have to compromise when it comes to quality and precision: the duo-män add-on utilizes the successful drive and control technology of männer’s micro-män production cell, giving duo-män the full range of functionality for processing all thermoplastic materials.
The all-electric injection molding unit can be mounted directly on the injection molding machine or on the hot half – either vertically or horizontally. The unit is operated by means of a removable touch panel. The compact design of the injection unit enables consistent, reliable, and reproducible processing of volumes of up to 30 cm3. Within the unit size, duo-män can be exchanged without necessitating a drive change.
