to take account of 'specific planning policy requirements' of the 'Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartments' Guidelines for Planning Authorities as they relate to the residential multi-unit development already permitted on this site under Reg. Ref. D15A/0405/An Bord Pleanala Ref. PL06D.245456 pursuant to Section 3A and 3B of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.
