Panelists

Rod N. Santomassimo is the founder and president of The Massimo Group.   A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Rod possesses 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience, a solid financial background and a proven growth track record that has repeatedly led to increased individual and company revenue. Rod is a two-time recipient of the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business Impact Alumni of the Year Award based on his work with both graduate students and alumni in Building a Personal Brand and Creative Approaches to Secure Greater Client/Prospect Opportunities.

Lisa Schwartz Lisa Schwartz is an Associate Director in the Career Management Center at Fuqua working with Alumni, Daytime, and EMBA students. Lisa’s 20 years of experience includes providing career counseling and coaching to professionals at all stages of their career development, consulting to businesses and organizations, partnering with local and national firms specializing in career management services, and working with private clients. Before starting a private practice, she co-founded and directed the Carolina Career Center, a non-profit organization providing career counseling and transition services to professionals and businesses
