3M ™ Dual Lane HD ANPR Camera Fully integrated, web-enabled camera with added power for a wider field of view Overview Our newest member of the 3M ™ camera family, the 3M Dual Lane HD ANPR Camera sets itself apart with its unique performance capabilities. This fully-integrated ANPR unit captures multiple number plates in the same field of view across approximately 2 European traffic lanes. It is designed to utilise smaller, high power LEDs and provides the best colour overview image resolution offered by 3M ANPR cameras. The 3M Dual Lane HD ANPR Camera incorporates camera(s), illuminator, and image processing within a single water tight, sealed enclosure and uses a multi-exposure technique, commonly referred to as “triple-flash” technology, to effectively suppress ambient light such as headlights and bright sunlight. This helps to reduce the image exposure differences caused by plate-to-plate quality variations. It is fully web-enabled and can be configured and monitored from a standard web-browser while the flexible interface allows external devices such as radar, weigh-in-motion or ticketing systems to trigger the camera.
