Dual Credit Tool Kit: Time Management
• A single sheet that allows you to see what day and time you have classes, assignments and exams
• Allows you to see at a glance what your semester looks like and what assignments and tests are coming up
• Only things worth a grade are put into this plan
• A copy of your Semester Schedule should be in your locker, each binder and your agenda
• Add this information to your cell phone, email calendar etc

Weekly Schedule:
A single sheet that allows you to see what you must accomplish each day
Use your semester plan to determine what must be accomplished every week
A copy of your weekly schedule should be attached to your locker, each binder or notebook, and your agenda
Allows you to see at a glance how each hour of your day should be spent
You should be putting in 3 hours of homework, assignment prep, studying time for each course you are taking

On the weekly handout plot the following: 1. Part time job: Tues 4 pm to 9 pm
2. Health Care in Canada: read chapter 5 and make notes (2 hours)
3. Law: do research for Assignment #3 and develop thesis statement (3 hours)
4. Data Management: prepare for quiz (1.5 hours)
5. Doctor’s appointment : Wed 3 to 4 pm
6. English: read chapter 3 and make notes (2 hours)
7. Health Care in Canada: prepare questions for class discussion (1.5 hours)
