quickly and easily receive real-time loading data from the terminal to anticipate

product demand and manage inventory as well as prioritizing volume for yourself

The DTN TABS protocol was developed by industry majors and is supported by

more than 95 percent of the terminal automation systems on the market. Product

enhancements based on customer requests translate into real dollars saved by

fuel suppliers and their partners; along with petroleum rack marketers re-selling

product at the rack that need to manage customers purchasing fuel from their

accounts with other suppliers.

in product access. Load decrements in the DTN TABS database are updated

in real time to help you immediately limit loading, when needed, to prevent

multi-location rack raiding. There’s even a “lock-out” function for fast customer

restrictions across all terminals.

A better way to manage inventory and exchange positionsAn instant, up-to-the-minute view of rack demand

helps you proactively manage supply and take quick

action to capture new sales opportunities. Once you

set a total monthly volume for product allocations,

DTN TABS will automatically calculate daily and

weekly volumes. You can also independently control

daily, weekly and monthly product allocations as

needed to quickly respond to changing market

conditions at a specific terminal with just a

few keystrokes.

Proactive alerts sent via e-mail or cell phone notify

when an allocation is nearing a specified percentage

of exhaustion so you can fix potential issues before

they become a crisis, or before an allocation or credit

limit is reached. Terminal activity alerts notify you

when there has been no activity at a terminal within

certain time parameters to give warning of a possible

communication failure, product outage, or pricing

inconsistency at busy or crucial terminals.

Real-time bills of lading available within minutes of

loading help expedite early customer invoicing and

inventory and supply management. In short, you gain

complete control over what you’re selling and the

credit you’re extending to better optimize supply and

prevent terminal runs.
