DSW Scholarship Module : User Manual

Introduction

In this module the student who are eligible for scholarship, register in IFMS Pantnagar portal and get

the scholarship amount from the university.

Basic Work Flow

This process is used to register the Scholarship students for payment .The Registration and

Payement are all approved from Department Advisor , HOD , Dean , Dean PGS , Registrar ,

Accountant and finally it is Approved by DSW for the payment of scholarship .

FOR STUDENT

1. Student Registration: This process is used to enter student detail by the student which includes

their Basic Detail, Academic Detail and Contact Detail.

When we go to ifmspantnagar.org you can see the link Scholarship Detail Entry Form when you

click on this link you can see the registration form or application form for scholarship.

This form is used to register student information enter all the details in this form using its Student ID

Number allotted by university to the student. In this we will fill all the details of student details of

student ,upload related documents and save form using OTP.

Make sure you enter correct mobile and Aadhar No because Aadhar No will be used as login id and

for saving detail using OTP you need to enter correct mobile number .

Minimum one qualification is mandatory .

When you submit your form your login id is created using your Aadhar no and you will get below

page as thank you for the registration and a link for login page for student .

2. Student Login

When user clicks on Continue to Login Page in above page or click on Other User Login for login

page of students.

Below form will be open when you click on above page links of logins and enter Aadhar number as

user id and password set on registration form .

3. Student Application Updation

After student login we can see the below form in which you can see 4 icons of Application form ,

Application status, Scholarship payment & Payment status .

If you want to edit some details on the form click on application form and update your details .

4. Student Application Status : In this form we can see the approval status of application ,print of

scholarship form and facility of editing application (edit facilty only available when it is not

approved) .

When we click on application status then form gets open and it shows student id automatically .

when student click on search it shows all the details filled by student in application form .

It shows all the details, status of approval and edit button for updating application form .

When we click on print link button it show the application form print .

5. Student Payment Form : In this form student will fill the payment details like payment period and

account details this form will open if your application is approved by DSW.

When we click on scholarship payment icon scholarship payment form will open .

In this form you need to select your scholarship type like other scholarship or

JRF/SRF/Inspire(DST)/CSIR/UGC/Rajeev Gandhi /ICMR/Merit .

When we select these scholarship type and select degree type ,form ask for more details claim

period type and bank details for payement and submit form .

6. Payment Status : In this form we can see approval status of payment form and print of payment

form

When you click on search button it will show all the payment details you have added, payment

status ,print button .
