Prior to launching my coaching services, I worked almost a decade for two global companies (Daimler and EADS/Airbus) in a variety of international senior HR roles where I both developed my career and gained a deep experience in the joys and pains of working for a corporation. A very long time ago, I had already begun a very personal and spiritual learning journey that brought me closer to whom I am and what I can give to the world. So in 2006 I decided to quit the HR function and become fully present as a Coach in order to support people in organisations from a different perspective. As Executive Coach I have accompanied numerous leaders from various nationalities on their personal and/or professional journeys over the years. We work face-to-face or by phone in a very intimate and trustful atmosphere wherever they are. I help them find the answers to questions they might have about themselves, their work and/or their life. Clients describe me as being able to bring a good balance between being warm and welcoming but also challenging enough to help them go beneath the surface and change. I also coach national and international management teams in whatever development phase they are -i.e. Forming, Storming or Norming - to improve communication, trust and team performance. As Organisational Coach, I support my clients in complex cross border change assignments where whole organisations are involved. More recently for example I have successfully initiated an HR transformation process involving 20 countries in an Automotive global player, accompanied a multi-site organisational transformation project in a financial institution and supported the carve out process of a global technology company. What I love about my work is to see people grow, learn, understand, communicate, change, overcome obstacles, enjoy their job and life more and be happier. I work with clients at all levels of management and from all cultures. Whatever roles and responsibilities we have in life and work, wherever we come from, we share the same basic needs and are all just human. As an active member of the International Coach Federation for years I ensure the quality of my work through regular supervision and never stop learning. I am French with Moroccan roots, was born 1969 in Paris, am based currently in Germany, have lived almost six years in London and 6 months in South Africa, worked with so many cultures (probably more than 50) and with so many countries (more than 20) that I feel in my soul that I am more a citizen of the world than anything else. I work with the same dedication and comfort in three languages: French, English and German. I am passionate about coaching Executives, Teams and Organisations and look back at more than 19 years of international experience in working with people in smaller and bigger corporations around the world.
