Four principles of Dynamic Self Governance (DSG),
How they can be applied in organisations, communities or other localities.
Includes exercises and fish bowl consulting to give participants a real sense of how DSG can work in practice.
Participants will gain specific tools in making their meetings and jointdecisions both more effective as well as more enjoyable and innovative.
Space will be given for your questions to be worked with.
What can Dynamic Self Governance do?
DSG will be introduced to you by John Buck, author of : "We the people - consenting to a deeper democracy. Principles and Practises …"
A Certified Sociocratic Organizational Consultant, John
serves as CEO of the Sociocracy Consulting Group. The SCG
is a division of an international consulting firmheadquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands. John also heads operations in the SCG’s Washington, DC region.

Participants act out a collaborative decision-making simulation where they firstmeet and debate the way they usually would, with a debrief to discuss why thiscan be counterproductive
Followed by the same simulation enacted but using sociocratic meeting tools.
This comparison gives participants a real sense and experience of DSG in action.
Participants will gain experiential insight into what works and what doesn’t workin collaborative decision-making.
