IN ALL OUR WISDOMFall of 2011 turned out to be one of the all time most disappointing seasons ever with regard to rut activity and mature monsters roaming the range so to speak.

In “all our wisdom” we still can’t figure out why it was so poor after having predicted an all out banner year with respect to moon alignment. Yes…temperatures were a little above average, but not enough to eradicate a seeking phase, a pre-rut phase, a rut cycle, a post rut phase and an entire late season bed to feed pattern. The giants just simply did not walk during daylight hours like we had grown accustom to.

But wait, with all the adversity and a deck that was seemingly stacked against us…DOD rocked the whitetail world once again! This elite band of merry-men “skilled hunters”…set the outdoor world on its proverbial ear by collectively harvest-ing 60 bucks with the PSE bows and 30 bucks with Thompson Centers. These were record num-bers considering a massive brick wall that had to be breached and dismantled just to see a mature monster!

We can once again boast of a Team that beats all odds and proves to be the best in the business! Period. We are so very fortunate to have all of them as Team members and as close personal friends. They truly are our extended family.

A genuine thank you goes out to every single sponsor and business partner that makes this adventure possible and the most understanding wives on earth.

In “all our wisdom” we now know why we keep after them year after year. We as hunters are blessed with a passion and desire to win in the ultimate battle…the world of whitetails!
