Even if the substance isn’t listed in the act, but still functions as a THC-similar CB1 receptor agonist, it would immediately fall under the Schedule I classification.

Butane Honey/Hash Oil (BHO)
Use leftover marijuana pieces force a solvent through it (usually butane or 150 - 190 proof alcohol)
Evaporate solvent off, leaving the plant's resins – which are chock-full of psychoactive chemicals, including astronomic levels of THC that can exceed 80%

The Effects of MDPV
Mental: euphoria, increases in alertness & awareness, increased wakefulness and arousal, anxiety, agitation
MDPV reportedly has four times the potency of Ritalin and Concerta.
Sometimes labeled online as legal cocaine or legal amphetamines.
Can last 3-4 hours
Mild stimulation 6-8 hrs.
Tachycardia (after use)
Hypertension
High doses = panic attacks
Psychosis from sleep withdrawal
Possibly addiction

The national Drug Abuse Warning Network found that from 2004 - 2009, there was a 123% increase in the number of ER visits involving MDMA taken alone or in combination with Rx, alcohol or both.
