• Most people believe exercise = sweating• ACSM says 1-3% of Americans are Weekend Warriors• Is being a W.W. better than nothing?

• How about Activity and Thinking together• Benefits of relaxation = exercise for disease

Nature at its best
• Smell (olfactory sense is one of the fastest stimulators)
• Sight (the speed of nature slows the brain)• Sound (birds, waves, crickets, rain, wind)• Feel (soft trail, leaves, snow, gravel, twigs)• Taste (low glycemic index foods)
