Acharya Susrutha has enlisted Bahalavrthma under twenty one types of Varthmagatha roga. It is one of the inflammatory disorder of the eyelids. In modern science this disease can be correlated with multiple chalazion or multiple stye, nearest clinical entity. Eye lid become swollen is the cardinal feature of this disease associated with same colored multiple follicles in eye lids. Excision is one of the surgical procedure following in Allopathic medicine along with topical and oral anti inflammatory and analgesic drugs. Even advanced Allopathic surgery as an effective which is not devoid of getting reoccurrence of the disease. Hence, Ayurvedic surgical therapy has been tried. First we adapted Bidalaka for three days, and then followed by Lekana karma. Bidalaka is one among the Kriyakalpa according to Acharya Sarangadhara and Lekana karma is one of the Astavidha Sastrakarma, plays a vital choice in order to eliminate the disease and maintain healthy status of eye lids. The surgical procedure was done followed by Pratisarana and Sekam, and given oral medications for reducing pain and inflammation. This presentation is an attempt to highlight ancient surgical procedure in present era, and the details will be discussed in the oral presentation.
