Troubleshooting

Problem Solution

The Power LED is blinking and then shut off.

It's time for an adult to change batteries in Smart Cycle®. Be sure to replace all four batteries with fresh, AA (LR6) alkaline batteries.

The Power LED is off but the Power Switch is in the ON position.

Smart Cycle enters sleep mode after several minutes of inactivity and the Power LED turns off. Simply slide the Power Switch OFF and then back ON.

I can't adjust the tablet holder to attach my tablet.

Be sure you turn the knob all the way clockwise, hold it in that position and then lift the top bar on the holder. Place your tablet in the holder and then push the top bar down to secure.

The app won't connect to Smart Cycle. Be sure Smart Cycle power is on. Slide the Power Switch ON.

The Connection LED on Smart Cycle is blinking.

The Connection LED blinks while it is looking for a connection. If the Connection LED continuously blinks, check to be sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your tablet.

Why can't I select a destination or activity/game?

You'll need to complete the first game/activity to unlock the next game/activity. Once you've unlocked a game/activity, you can go back to it again and again!
