Stories we tell ourselves and others have an impact on our our mindset, how we relate to others and how we manage growth tran-sitions in our lives. How we shape our story, the parts that we play in times of personal and professional transformation requires a storyteller’s talent. Howard is an award winning writer and co-creator of Home-land, a Showtime hit that won the Prime-time Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series. He and his team are behind the character development of the resilient and multifaceted Carrie Mathison (Claire Da-nes) and others. Additionally, Howard was the Executive Producer of the long-running hit television series 24 and currently an Executive Producer on 24: Legacy on FOX. The Princeton graduate broke into the TV business writing for “Spenser for Hire” and the original “Beauty and the Beast.” Join Howard Gordon as he takes us on a wri-ters journey inside to discover the story to share to the outside world.” If ‘All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women me-rely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages’ then story is at the essence of change.

“Do you dare to pause? I paused when I transitioned out of Ericsson as a way to clear my pathway to uncover my purpose, life identity and priorities. The methodology gave me the energy and determination to solidify my value add for the next generation of companies. The exercises and exploration made me aware of what is critical to keep in mind when experiencing transitions in life, both personal and professional. Having a partner throughout my transition was essential to constantly revisiting my pathway - reflecting, balancing emotional discomfort and creating a clear vision and plan to achieve what I wanted out of my next steps in life.”
