Power, dynamic and comfort on highest level shown by passenger cars in combination with large interior space and variability of a Mercedes Benz sprinter. These were the targets when the drive DYnaMICs team started its development work.

The drive DYnaMICs sprinter V12 BITURBO fulfills all given targets and reaches an unique state-of-the-art level in its class. The 6.0l V12 BITURBO engine manufactured by Mercedes Benz aMG in conjunction with the 7G-Tronic Plus automatic transmission guarantees superior acceleration under all driving conditions.

Top speeds up to 240kph/150mph*) are possible on customer demand. The exterior appearance is classy and reluctant.

outstanding technology – »safe at any speed«all components and systems related to vehicle dynamics of the drive DYnaMICs sprinter V12 BITURBO act on the maxim stated in the headline. Driving safety is our first priority.

The adaptive 4 corner air spring system in combination with the drive DYnaMICs high end shock absorbers are setting new standards in vehicle dynamics, ride comfort, driving stability and road safety for vans.

The new developed brake system includes six piston mono block calipers on front and rear axle and provides high braking performance on the level of passenger cars even for the protected version.

adaptive EsP including aBs, asR, EDs, EBV, Bas and cross wind stabilisation assistance are part of the wheel slip control system.

High tech approach for the wheels as well: Exclusive forged aluminium wheels in combination with the CRf run flat system and Michelin tires guarantee best grip level and maneuverability even under severe driving conditions.

adequate driving range: The fuel system with 100l capacity accommodates the high driving performance of the drive DYnaMICs sprinter V12 BITURBO. The fuel tank is equipped with a complex anti sloshing in tank fuel control system taken over from motorsport applications. It is prepared for installation of further protection systems.

Engine –sufficient powerThe power output curves of the V12 BITURBO engine tell their own story. The result on the road is superior power output under all driving conditions.

The torque output of the performance version shows more than 800nm from 2.500 min-1 (basic version: 800nm from 1.900min-1). The maximum torque of 1.000nm is provided by the performance version from 2.300min-1 to 4.300min-1

(basic version: 830nm from 1.900 to 4.000min-1). The peak power output (463kW/630HP) of the performance version is reached from 4.800 to 5.400min-1 (basic version: 390kW/530HP at 4.900 to 5.300min-1).

The materials and components used for manufacturing come from Mercedes Benz and aMG high end production or are custom made by drive DYnaMICs. so we combine highest quality standards with motorsport performance.

Each drive DYnaMICs sprinter is produced individually upon to customer request in consideration of highest quality standards and high end manufacturing technology.

Mechanical skills and precision with focus on each detail are accompanied by application of modern electronic control devices.

Development and testing – passion and long term experienceEngineering: Our team is a labour of love for special cars and our experience in automotive business for decades is the base for the development tasks of the drive DYnaMICs sprinter V12 BITURBO. The technical knowledge of our staff is predicted on direct collaboration with considerable car manufacturer and supplier for on road or race vehicles. The application of state-of-the-art equipment and software tools for design and testing is a matter of course.

Trustworthiness is a goodness: During the development phase the drive DYnaMICs sprinter V12 BITURBO and all its new components were intensely proved according to the standards of German automotive industry on thousands of kilometers on road and on test benches. To ensure the highest safety and quality standards each car is driven in, tuned and tested individually based on our special test procedure.
