Since its establishment in 2001, based on our best technology, extensive knowledge and a wide range of field experience in R&D, manufacturing and technical service, holding a number of patents for its many innovations, SUNG WON Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd is solidifying our position as a leader offering everything for pile driving systems to do perfect foundation works: various types noise and vibration-free high performance Auger, D.T.H hammer (3.5”-40”) and Bit (all matching shanks available). We also make various attachments and accessories: different design Rod, Casing, Top sheave, Leader, Adaptors, Shock absorbers, Auger heads, and many more. SUNG WON supplies Air-Oil supply unit for hammers and Cement mixing plant.

In the Korean market, we, Sung Won Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd are taking a dominant position based and also steadily pioneering overseas markets including the Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and European markets. We have many processing machines and manpower to swiftly deal with the reality demanding endless change and technological innovation. Through these machines and manpower, we succeeded in establishing a Full Pile Driving System by manufacturing and selling products/parts of Auger and D.T.H Hammer including Hammer Bit. To make better products, we recently introduced state-of-the-art equipments and analysis systems. · In the soft ground, with an expandable bit it can make wider holes at the bottom of the drilled holes for the higher bearing capacity foundation compared to the other traditional methods.

· 도너츠 오거장비의 기본메커니즘은 내축로드는 시계방향으로, 외측케이싱은 반시계 방향으로

회전하도록 구성되어 있음.

· 내측로드와 해머비트가 케이싱속에서 굴삭을 할때, 외측케이싱도 회전을 하며 주변의 마찰력을

차단시켜 주기 때문에 굴삭 및 인발이 부드럽게 이루어짐.

· 장애물을 대상으로 굴삭지름이 600~1,500mm 까지의 대구경 굴삭공법 전석층 및

암반층에서도 굴삭능률이 R.C.D (Reverse Circulation Drilled Method) 공법에 비해 월등히

우수하며, 슬라임 처리가 양호

· The mechanism is that the screw rod rotates clockwise and the steel casing rotatescounter-clockwise. While the hammer connected to the rod is excavating the ground insidethe steel casing, as the steel casing is also being rotated. It protects from the surrounding frictional force. This unique mechanism and application improves the productivity at the

construction sites and the steel casing can be extracted smoothly.

· It applies to the large-diameter (600~1,500mm) excavation and boring for obstacles in theground. The excavation efficiency is far superior to RCD (Reverse Circulation Drilled)Method even in the boulders and rock ground. And, slimes are being removed easily.

· 한 리더에 상·하로 오거장비 2대를 장착하여 각각 독립적으로 상하운동과 회전운동을

동시 하는 구조

· 스크류 로드를 상단으로 올린 상태에서 크레인을 회전시켜 구조물을 삽입

· 천공속도와 에어가 빠르게 주입

· 슬라임 배토 원활하고, 별도의 서비스홀 필요없이 작업능률이 향상됨

· 벤토나이트와 몰탈을 주입하여 구조물을 삽입 또는 높은 지지력을 얻을 수 있음

· The mechanism is that two augers guided along by the leader - the upper auger rotatesa screw rod clockwise and the lower auger rotates a casing counter clockwise separatelyperforming the up-and-down and the rotational movement at the same time.

· Fast drilling speed and air injection. And, soil cuttings and slimes are conveyed to thesurface by the auger flights easily.

· Lift up the screw rod, place H-piles or rebar cages into the bored holes. No service holesare required. So improve the work efficiency.

· Inject the mixture of mortar and bentonite, and then place H-piles or rebar cages intothe bored holes, high bearing capacity is achieved.

조성하는 지반개량 공법에 사용되는 장비

· 개량효과가 확실하며 공사기간을 대폭 단축 할 수 있어 신뢰성이 높음.

· 육상에서는 흙막이벽, 차수벽, 지반보강등에 사용되며 해상에서는 안변기초, 방파제 기초 등에

사용됨.

· 상하수도를 비롯한 하천개수공사, 지하철공사 등 각종 공사에 있어서 토유벽 공사에

그라우트액과 원 지반을 혼합 교반한 소일시멘트의 파일 주열공법이 사용되고 있는데

이에 적합함.

· 종래에는 단축 오거헤드로 한줄 작업을 했지만 다축 오거장비는 끝부분에 교반날개가

붙어있는 여러 개의 오거로드로 여러 개의 지하연속벽을 구축할 수 있음.

· 경제성과 확실한 지수성을 확보할 수 있음.

· H-BEAM, SHEET PILE 등을 건입하는 공사에도 사용할 수 있는 다목적 장비

· Recently the cast in-place concrete pile wall method (CIP) using soil cement madeby mixing grouting liquid and soil in order to install rigid retaining walls has been widely applied to the river improvement construction, the water supply and sewerage construction, and the subway construction, etc.

· In the traditional methods, the single auger head was used. The multi-shaft augerhaving max. 5 auger rods with the agitating blades connected to the end of each auger rod can set up more underground diaphragm walls for the same working hours.

· This multipurpose and economical auger can be also used for the H-pile or the sheet pile method. The agitating rods overlap one another and protect walls forwater penetrations are set up. As the result, shorten the construction time.
