Goal: This soccer drill focuses on dribbling and changing direction with a ball. The soccer dribbling drill also emphasises close control and speed up-slow down with a ball.

Organisation

Place the sticks as shown about 3 meters apart. Take care of distances, take it adequate to the age group. Place a player next to the first stick with a ball.

Description

To a signal of the coach player starts to dribble between the stick with zig-zag movements. At the end of the row he turns close to the last stick in square and dribbles towards to the single stick where he turns again and accelerates towards the other sided stick. Endpoint can be placed to the starting position or a stick next to the starting position.
