IntroductiondreamOn! is a startup that me and some of my friends started recently around 3 years back. The motto behind every startup is to make money as much as possible; as is ours but in a little different manner. We are not confined to a specific domain or area to work with. We tend to work for people and provide facilities to them as much as we can. We are ready for new ideas, we hire people from different backgrounds and expand ourselves.
IntroductionWith a deep insight into our surroundings and people, we found it very easily that everyone is nowadays “APP”ified. Every possible thing people want they have in their phones as an APP. So, we people decided to present something really different to the society, to the people.And, we present:

It is an INTEGRATION of some existing ideas!As we can see…
Why carry so many apps ???????
Why pay different for all ?????
Why not a single App providing all facilities ????
asYouWish! will help people avail anything and
everything they wish to!Be that a cab, a restaurant, shopping,
finding travel places, schools, colleges, buying and selling goods and even much
more.All the details will be contained in the app
and will provide the users with all the necessary facilities to avail them
dreamON!, the Company!A startup, a brainchild of a few friends who were classmates. We are mainly CSE people, all of us good in some certain technologies. So we thought of combining them and implement them to do some customer services and make money out of that.
dreamON!, the Company!As a company, asYouWish! will be our first product, so certainly we are ZERO now! With our strategies and marketing plans we wish to win people’s hearts and very soon will compete with the industry leaders.
dreamON!, the Competitors!Well, looking at our strategies and looking around we find the following companies as our major competitors today:1. OLA Cabs2. OYO Rooms3. Google maps4. Flipkart5. Zomato6. MakeMyTrip7. OLX
dreamON!, the Collaborators !If we think of collaborators, we take the help of some small organisations in the beginning:1. Some local car drivers we will contact with for the cab
services2. Local post offices for the delivery systems3. Google maps for navigations(obviously for starting
with)4. Local hotels and restaurants we will tie up with5. Implement the online shopping facilities with lower
possible costs than the competitors
dreamON!, the Target !In the context of target customers we target the General people around, but we choose a remote place where the facilities are still not well provided to people. e.g. we study in Silchar, a town in the district of Cachar, Assam which is still developing and we choose it to start with.
dreamON!, the Goal !Primarily, we at least have that much of capital in order to start with the business. So, mainly we focus on how we can reach out to more and more people.That being the primary goal, we next focus on expanding the facilities as soon as we will have sufficient amount of resources in our hands.
dreamON!, the Goal !In the next max two years, we try our best to position ourselves best in a single place where we start, e.g. in Silchar. It will require a bit of hard work as we will have to physically visit stores, people, cabs and all; but all will be paid of later.

phone3. As per the company decision, these facilities will be

4. And as per our requirements we decided to keep the price of the premium app as $5

anything5. It will help you online shopping6. It will help you find any place7. It will help buying and selling used goods online
dreamON!, The Brand !We call the app as asYouWish!. As we have already elaborated about, anything anyone wishes gets it in the app integrated.We have the slogan as “Just at your doorstep! ” .We are still left with the Brand logo and the jingle which will surely play a very crucial role in our Marketing Strategy. Vigorous team meetings are going on almost everyday regarding this.
dreamON!, The Incentives !To Customers:
Within 6 months from launching they will be offered the app at half the price, i.e. $2.5To Collaborators, Company personnel and Stake holders:
They will be served free with the premium version of the app
dreamON!, The Communication !To communicate the ideas with the target customers, we have selected a few ways:1. Advertisements in the most crowded places in the
town2. Contacting some ad agencies we will try make our ads
telecast on local TV channels3. Ads in some of the public vehicles like rickshaws,
buses etc. and also in some hoardings.And about the collaborators and company personnel we will organise timely meetings and communicate with them
dreamON!, The Distribution !As per our plans we will distribute the key aspects of the offerings at the time of launching the app and also will continue afterwards doing the same :1. At the launching event2. Addition to the existing advertisements3. Social networking sites
dreamON!, The Infrastructure !We have the following teams working in our company:1. Technical: Implements the actual ideas2. Publicity: Helps communicating and distributing the
key offerings3. Marketing: All the marketing tasks are handled
by them including the collaborations4. Design: Looks after all the user end activities
like logo, slogan, jingles etc.
dreamON!, The Processes !Requirement Analysis: We organise meetings and discuss actually what are the things we will actually require and how we are going to acquire them
dreamON!, The Processes !Coding: We work on the real piece of the business. We integrate all our ideas and implement them in the best possible manner
dreamON!, The Processes !Design: It is the work of the design team to make the piece of work more attractive, more presentable as much as they can keeping an eye to the surroundings.
dreamON!, The Processes !Testing: The piece of work is tested for bugs, performance issues and how they can be improved as per the requirements
dreamON!, The Processes !Distribution: At last after passing all the tests the app is decided to launch and distribute to the people
dreamON!, The Processes !Updating: Taking user reviews, feedbacks the company comes to know what is good and what is bad about the app and they try to fix them on a timely basis
dreamON!, The Schedule !We target max 2 years from today in order to position ourselves with the least possible fulfilment of our goals
dreamON!, The Schedule !1 month we keep for the requirement analysis and the preliminary discussions needed before the actual implementation
dreamON!, The Schedule !We will need max 2 months for the coding andimplementation
dreamON!, The Schedule !We keep 2 months for the Design team because it includes the composition and recordings of the jingles as well along with the logo, slogans and all.
dreamON!, The Schedule !We need around 1 month for the entire Testing procedure
dreamON!, The Schedule !Then we will distribute the app among our workers, the collaborators, the stake holders; i.e. mainly a small group of people just like a Beta testing. We keep 1 month for this work
dreamON!, The Schedule !In the following 1 month, we will again look for the bugs and the user feedbacks in order to improve the user experience
dreamON!, The Schedule !As soon as all these works are done, we plan to launch the app and distribute it as per the plans.
dreamON!, Conclusion !We are a startup, trying to grow in the corporate world with all the general people’s support. We hope people will like our product and unhesitatingly will report us what they found good and what was disturbing so that we can have the chance to serve them again!
