Step #2: Square Perimeter
Watch the video to draw a square shape and learn the basic formula for perimeter. Then check your math
against the real data.
When you add up all four sides, what is the perimeter? Mark the answer on your worksheet.

Step #3: Rectangle Perimeter
A rectangle has four straight sides like a square, but can have one pair of opposite sides that are longer
than the other pair. Tap undo to clear the canvas, and then draw a rectangle. Run the program, and review
the Sensor Data to see the lengths of each side again. Now draw the rectangle on your worksheet and
label each side length.
When you add up all four sides, what is the perimeter? Mark the answer on your worksheet.

Step #4: Triangle Perimeter
A triangle has 3 straight sides and 3 points. Tap undo to clear the canvas, and then draw a triangle. Run the
program, and review the Sensor Data to see the lengths of each side. Now draw your triangle on your
worksheet and label each side length.
When you add up all three sides, what is the perimeter? Mark the answer on your worksheet.
