    1. Development plan  

    1.1. Introduction  

     Dragon Lakshme Group was founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Dmitry Chernyshev and Professor of Chemical technology University Alexander Gladyshev.   Invite investors for equity participation in promising project from the company Dragon Group Co Lakshme., Ltd at a rate of 150’000 for each 1% of voting shares in the availability of 45% of the company's shares.   By launching the ICO, we provide an opportunity to make money on our project to private investors.       1.2. Current state  Currently, the "Golden Husk" Project from the company Dragon Lakshme Group is in the following state:    - Fully confirmed and tested in the laboratory theoretical basis for the possibility of obtaining SiO2 purity of 99.9% without the use of acids and other chemical oxidants, except of heat handling.   - Complete technical documentation for the industrial production of V3.0 generation Furnaces capable of producing up to 320 tons of products per month.   - Made in metal and produced a full cycle of firing and after burning in the test mode of Furnaces generation V 3.0.   - The uninterrupted (continuous) operation of the vortex pyrolysis reactor is proved.    - Production in industrial volumes of ash of rice husk with carbon content not higher than 3% is proved (the best industrial indicator in Russia).   - Production in industrial volumes of SiO2 with purity of 99.9% without the use of acids, but only by after burning purity of 96.2%.

Company methods   To understand and believe in the feasibility of our project, you should first understand what we are going to produce.      1.3.1. Low carbon ash   In the metallurgical industry, when melting metals, a ladle with molten metal typically travels a distance of at least 1,000 meters from the furnace to the spill. During the movement of the upper surface of the melt called "Mirror" due to the large temperature difference (in the bucket to 800 C, and outside 50 C), begins to cool quickly, which leads to significant losses of quality and volume. To prevent this, the surface of the “Mirror” must be covered with a material that will work like a cork in a thermos, preventing heat loss.         2.1.2. Capitalization   It is not a random choice that we have chosen Amata Rayong closed Economic Zone, which will allow us to capitalize almost 70% of the investment in the project, namely:    - The land plot will be purchased and fully owned by the Company with 100% foreign capital.  - All production equipment will be delivered without additional duties and fees, only delivery fee will be counted.  - There is no need to conduct additional lines electric or water supply, all provided by Amata - as well as selection of necessary staff.

  •    2.1.3. Cooperation with private investments   In order to maximize profitability, Dragon Lakshme Group plans to cooperate with private investors. We see this cooperation in two ways:   1. Purchase of voting shares - from 150.000 US Dollars for 1% equity, but not more than 45%.  2. Option for 36 months. Under the terms of the option, the Company guarantees payment of dividends in the amount of 40% of the option amount. The minimum amount of the option is $ 10,000.    2.2. Our uniqueness    The Vortex Pyrolysis reactor has been known as a technology since the middle of the last century. Back in 1950 there were machines that had boilers instead of engines, which burned pyrolysis gas emitted by wooden logs.  Over time, this technology has evolved to increase the volume of the boiler, as no one could make the process closed and continuous.  The scientific director of the project Professor Alexander Gladeshev managed the only one in the world, really, first on paper, and now in iron to solve this problem, as well as to confirm the accuracy of theoretical calculations and long-term laboratory and experimental design studies. So there was a fully working Furnace generation V 3.0.

  •    The uniqueness does not end there.  Currently, there is a technology in the world that allows to burn rice husks to SiO2 with a maximum purity of 96.2%. The problem is that the remaining difference of up to 99.9% in the amount of 3.6% includes almost 60% of Mendeleev's periodic table elements.   Already operating factories solve this problem by corroding the remaining impurities with acid. This method, in addition too expensive, also requires the construction of a whole complex of facilities and waste disposal.   Our technology has no waste! And technological emissions of unburned residue of pyrolysis gas through the testimony of the Euro devices is almost 30% below the permissible limits.    

       Our technology allows us not only to care about ecology and clean environment, we have learned to condense practically all the surplus pyrolysis gas in the pure biological fuel oil, which with minimal cost, you can make fuel for power plants.    More than 91.4% of all electricity produced in Thailand is generated by thermal power plants. From 15 TPP in the country, the largest is the Bangkok TPP (15 billion kWh). A bit less of power is North Bangkok TPP, South Bangkok TPP, Krabi, Samsensk TPP and Memo. Most thermal power plants use fuel oil (75%) and gas condensate as fuel.

  •    The allowable volumes obtained from only one line under the condition of burning up to 2,000 tons of husks are up to 400 tons of biofuel per month. Selling only this component will yield up to a million us dollars per year.  And most importantly – our technology allows you to increase the purity from 96.2% to 99.9% on the same furnace, without using of acids and other chemically active reagents.

        2.3. Marketing strategy    

    "It is not enough to have a unique product on  the market, we must still be able to sell it"  

    Lee Yacocca.    We will look at our marketing strategy for sales on the example of our two main products:   1. Low Carbon Ash   Description in paragraph 1.3.1., it also shows the volume of steel production in the Asian region.     We have conducted preliminary negotiations with the purchasing department of POSCO company, annual consumption LCA 800 tons, and also with the company Millcon Steel annual consumption from 2,000 tons.

Silicon Dioxide 99.9% purity   The assessment of SiO2 market volume was carried out on the basis of identifying the volumes of quartz, quartz sand and SiO2 production in Vietnam, as well as analysis of import and export operations in the market.   We have considered the dynamics of the market volume of SiO2 in Vietnam. According to the data presented, the market volume tended to grow by 7.1%. According to market experts, Asia is becoming one of the market leaders in the production of SiO2 in the world. The dynamics of market volume growth is about 9-15%. The largest market share is China (40%).    The strategy of placing production in the territory of Amata Rayong was not accidental, if we return to paragraph 1.3.2. some of the tables share the use of SiO2 shows that up to 70% of SiO2 in the form of White carbon uses the tire industry. There are more than 10 tire companies on the territory of Amata, we have chosen two giants, such as, Yokohama - produces up to 28,000 tires per day or 10,200,000 tires per year and Bridgstone – produces up to 10,000 tires per day or 3,650,000 tires per year.    Taking into account the fact that the production of each million wheels consumes at least 800 tons of SiO2, taking into account the total production of only these two plants, the total consumption per year will be around 11,000 tons, which will fully load the production capacity of the Three production lines of SiO2.   Preliminary negotiations were also held with the representatives of these plants, and they expressed their readiness to consider the possibility of purchasing SiO2 for their needs from our Company.

        3.1 Investment proposal     To implement the project at the initial stage were funded research work on the development of new technology for burning rice husks to obtain the desired characteristics of the resulting products with the lowest cost, conducted market research to study the market of SiO2 in Thailand.        3.4 Company capitalization   The main goal of the company is its long-term growth, and in the future to offer its shares in the IPO (initial offering) and listing of its shares on one of the world's leading exchanges.
