Re-Build Muscles, Stop The Aging Process You are in the Golden Years of life, so why are you so stressed, and so tired. Is this what you have waited for all your life? You have heard that we lose bone mass as we age, but what about the muscle mass? Is there something that you can do to stop this from happening? There is something that can help you stop bone mass and muscle mass at the same time. Can you do something to change it? I hear too often of the struggles of aging. And much of the conversation is about being tired, worn out, and overweight. However, it’s also about disease and sickness setting in more quickly. It has deeply concerned me to see my patients struggling and not enjoying life as they can and should rightfully do. A healthy body can and will serve you and give you back the joy and laughter you deserve. Losing Muscle Mass Weakens Your Body Over time, your lifestyle becomes more sedentary but behind the scenes you are really losing muscle. As you grow older it gets even more profound. These are the Golden Years but they seem to not be very golden now. You feel you’ve waited for this time and now it’s hard to do the little things. Muscle loss becomes even more noticeable after age 65. You find your body is weaker, and just getting to the bathroom and walking becomes more and more difficult. As your muscles decrease, your ability to maintain balance also becomes more difficult and the risk of falling and breaking bones becomes much more likely. You also know that heart disease is strongly associated with aging and that is something you don’t look forward to. However, there is a simple way to stop what is happening and begin to reverse the effects of aging. For years I have researched reasons why these things are happening and have observed solutions that are often very difficult for many who are already deep into the aging process. However, there is a solution for you.

Re-Build Muscles, Stop The Aging ProcessYou are in the Golden Years of life, so why are you so stressed, and so tired. Is this what you have waited for all your life? You have heard that we lose bone mass as we age, but what about the muscle mass? Is there something that you can do to stop this from happening? There is something that can help you stop bone mass and muscle mass at the same time.

Can you do something to change it?I hear too often of the struggles of aging. And much of the conversation is about being tired, worn out, and overweight. However, it’s also about disease and sickness setting in more quickly. It has deeply concerned me to see my patients struggling and not enjoying life as they can and should rightfully do.A healthy body can and will serve you and give you back the joy and laughter you deserve.

Losing Muscle Mass Weakens Your BodyOver time, your lifestyle becomes more sedentary but behind the scenes you are really losing muscle. As you grow older it gets even more profound. These are the Golden Years but they seem to not be very golden now. You feel you’ve waited for this time and now it’s hard to do the little things.Muscle loss becomes even more noticeable after age 65. You find your body is weaker, and just getting to the bathroom and walking becomes more and more difficult. As your muscles decrease, your ability to maintain balance also becomes more difficult and the risk of falling and breaking bones becomes much more likely. You also know that heart disease is strongly associated with aging and that is something you don’t look forward to.However, there is a simple way to stop what is happening and begin to reverse the effects of aging. For years I have researched reasons why these things are happening and have observed solutions that are often very difficult for many who are already deep into the aging process. However, there is a solution for you.

It Is In Your Power To Reverse What Is Happening. And the really good news is that the program I have designed can be implemented with great success, no matter what age you are. That means when you begin to see the incredible results and feel better every day, you can share this with your kids and grandkids and also they can see results for themselves quickly. You can become an inspiration to a generation that is still formulating their own habits and choices in how to live their lives, as well as reversing your aging process.Several studies have compared people between 70 and 80 years old with people 20 to 30 years old, engaging in the same regimen: a strengthening exercise program with weightlifting for 12 weeks. The results are in and I am not surprised to what they found. They evaluated the participants’ strength before and after the program, finding that the amount of muscle gain in both groups was similar, despite the age difference. This means it’s not too late, or even too early; to work on protecting your own muscle mass.

What You Need to Know about WeightliftingResearch has shown that dieting is good but those who don’t lift weights, 75% of their weight loss is from fat, and 25% is from muscle loss.

That is why cardio isn’t the answer. In my research of 20 years I have learned that weight loss and muscle loss is devastating because the body needs the muscle. It’s the way we are intended live. You know that saying, “A body in motion tends to stay in motion”. But you need your muscles for the motion. When we age the muscles become even more important in our every day living. And when you do a program such as the one I have uniquely designed, you will not only burn calories while you are sitting on the couch, but you will also be burning the calories from fat.

You Ask How? Let Me ExplainMost of us are losing muscle at a rate of a ½ pound per year while at the same time gaining 1½ pounds of fat each year. We not only gain weight but we shift from muscle weight to fat weight.Did you know that muscle loss alone makes us fat? Each pound of muscle consumes about 40 calories a day just to stay alive. That means 4½ pounds of muscle consumes as many calories as running one-mile everyday. And because building your muscles happen when resting, you actually burn calories when you are sitting, simply because of following a program that will rebuild the muscles in a proper way.

And that is what I am so excited to share with you today. In my program, that is so easy to follow and can be done even when you are out of shape and overweight, you will experience results quickly, while finding rewards that you have long forgotten are still yours to enjoy.

You’ll handle stress better You’ll be happier You’ll build stronger bones You’ll get into shape faster Your heart will be healthier You’ll get so much more done in your day You’ll live longer You’ll be smarter
