Science is one of the most fun and interesting career choices. As a researcher, I would often find myself travelling to some remote location, perhaps to the center of a frozen lake by helicopter or snowmobile, or across an ocean aboard a research vessel. My work has taken me across the globe, from places like Russia and the Bermuda Triangle, to as far away as Canada. It is my goal to take the things that make science a fun career and bring them to the classroom.

Our 6th grade students will receive instruction digitally through Canvas. This is located on LaunchPad. All digital assignments will be completed through either direct Canvas pages or materials that will be linked or embedded into Canvas. Students will use iReady, Nearpod, and many of the other apps on LaunchPad.

The 6th grade team will be utilizing Big Blue Button and Microsoft Teams to deliver live instruction. These sessions will be linked on Canvas.

Email will be our primary means of communication and behavior management.
