Feedback from the Alumni:
Through meetings held with the Alumni, they realised that the course conducted by the college has
brought tremendous change in the field of teaching profession for their career. They appreciated the
dedication and hard work of the teachers and the management as a whole. They realised that the
training programme has equipped them well to face classroom challenges. Their sense of appreciation
is identified with their readiness to organise and participate in different activities of the college both
scholastic and co-scholastic.
The testimonies of appreciation can be understood from their expression: “I have learned from SMCTE
that teaching is not a mere job but true vocation”. “I have learned to improve my teaching skill in
SMCTE”. “SMCTE taught me to teach effectively”. “SMCTE has taught me to unearth the hidden
capabilities within myself”. “SMCTE has prepared me to face the modern students with the help of
technology”.
Feedback from Parents:
Through parents meeting, the college could gather a sense of appreciation for the college in promoting
quality education, and the efforts made to cater to the needs and interests of each and every individual
student.

The employers of the college highly appreciated the services rendered by the teaching and non-
teaching staff. Their dedication to their work is unquestionable.
