TRANSLATION FOR SPECIAL PURPOSES – Conclusion

CONCLUSION

Translation for Special Purposes requires not only training in a specific field together with its language, but also training of the abilities to explore new contexts and domains with the aim to create easily adaptable translators. Apart from traditional methodologies, the aspects of knowledge acquisition and knowledge management are important prerequisites for a professional profile in LSP-Translation.
