La Crosse Community Th eatre creates productions and projects that enhance the theatrical literacy of their audience members, volunteers, students and staff . Th ey provide opportunities for creativity and personal growth in a fun, collaborative environment. As a community, LCT celebrates human connections through communication and interaction. Each season, September to June, includes six mainstage productions Th ursdays through Sundays on select weekends. LCT off ers educational opportunities for youth all year long, culminating in a summer stage production. As a community theatre, the bulk of LCT’s labor comes from volunteers. Generous Earth Pottery off ers handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pottery. Th eir pieces range from beautiful, decorative vases to functional dinnerware to their newest creation: custom-made sinks. All pieces are made on their premises. Generous Earth Pottery also off ers pottery instruction. Classes are given daily and geared toward the beginner or the advanced, the child or the adult, the individual or the group. Classes are off ered during the day and evening to fi t a variety of schedules. Students are permitted and encouraged to use the studio when no classes are in session. Paint Your Own Pottery is available, with pieces available for purchase that are ready to be painted, decorated and personalized. Choose from platters, coff ee mugs, bowls, picture frames, dragons, fairies and more. With tips and encouragement from staff , every piece is ensured to be a work of art. Th e masterpieces are available for pickup within 10-14 days. Reservations are appreciated.
