Luxury item• Shumai

Use dumpling pastry to cover the pork and put some

crab on the top

• Glutinous rice chicken

It contains glutinous rice filled with chicken, Chinese

mushrooms, Chinese sausage and sometimes dried

shrimp. The ball of rice is then wrapped in a dried lotus

leaf and steamed.

• Soup dumpling

Xiaolongbao are filled with soup and shrimp. The

soup inside is created by placing some meat gelatin

inside the dumpling before steaming. The steam

heat melts the gelatin into soup.

Large item• Rice Noodle Roll It is a thin roll made from a wide strip of rice noodles, filled with shrimp, pork, vegetables, or other ingredients. Sweet soy sauce is poured over the dish upon serving.

• Chicken feetThe chicken feet are fried first in order to make thempuffy before being boiled and marinated, usually in black bean sauce.

• Teochew dumpling They are typically filled with chopped peanuts, garlic chives, ground pork, dried shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms. The filling is wrapped in a thick dumpling wrapper made from a mixture of flours or plant starches mixed together with boiling water.

Be prepared by filling wrappers (made with gluten-free

wheat flour and potato starch) with shrimp, bamboo

shoots, and seasonings.

It use the material: shrimp, flour, pork, bamboo, carrot.

It is typical Cantonese breakfast

• Spring rolls

Use the Leeks, pork, flour, corn, green onion. So it is very healthy food.

The cake is made with chopped water chestnuts

embedded into each square piece with the vegetable

being visible.

The tarts consist of an outer pastry crust, filled

with egg custard and baked.

• Tofu pudding

It is made with wooden bucket; served with

sweet ginger or clear syrup, or a mixture with

black sesame paste, and also with coconut milk.
